Refunds & Returns Policy

At Wuni Worship, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to make it right.

Returns

– You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

– To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

– Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

– If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

– Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.

Shipping Costs

– You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.

– Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same product, please reach out to us right away.
